A man’s best friend… Bayek’s eagle will help you spot oncoming dangers in this new Assassin’s Creed.

Since this new Assassin’s Creed game serves as an origin story for the series, some of the stuff you take for granted will not be present in the game, at least not initially… One such thing is the famous “eagle vision” you’ve come to rely in the Assassin’s Creed games in order to highlight enemies and important objects in the game world.

This will instead be replaced by protagonist Bayek’s trusty eagle Senu, which can be used to scout ahead and highlight points of interest in the game’s ancient Egypt. So this means that climbing and synchronizing viewpoints to reveal sections of the map will be a thing of the past, but hopefully making use of Senu throughout the game will be just as much fun.
