New Dishonored: Death of the Outsider trailer shows a god-like enemy

Dishonored 2 by French developer Arkane Studios was one of 2016’s top games, thanks to its great gameplay, story, characters and atmosphere. Also, one of the game’s highlights was the possibility of playing through the game as Emily, which was a nice alternative to Corvo (the protagonist of the first Dishonored game) as she had her own unique powers and special abilities.

And the upcoming Dishonored: Death of the Outsider expansion for Dishonored 2 brings another playable character to the series. This is none other than Meagan Foster, a character who was known as Billie Lurk in the first Dishonored, and who served as boatwoman and mission giver in Dishonored 2.

In this expansion, however, Meagan will be exploring the darkest parts of Karnaka in her quest to find and kill the Outsider himself…

This must be one of the first games in which you are tasked with killing a god then, although judging by the game’s trailer below Meagan sure can handle herself in a fight, as we see her dispatching several enemies in a brutal way, proving she will be as lethal an assassin as either Emily or Corvo in this Dishonored 2 expansion.

According to Bethesda, this expansion will also feature a new enemy – the Clockwork Soldiers – plus there will also be a bank heist mission in which you will have to retrieve several ancient artefacts too, while you will also have to deal with the Eyeless, a gang who happens to be rather fond of your ultimate enemy, the Outsider…

So, those who couldn’t get enough of Dishonored 2 will likely be looking forward to getting their hands on this expansion then, which is set for release on both consoles and PC this September.

Note: Dishonored: Death of the Outsider will be available on September 15, 2017. Available on PS4, Xbox One and PC.
