If one thing is clear, is that the launch of the Nintendo Switch this March will be one of the biggest video game-related events of the year, and one which many gamers are looking forward to, especially those who are fans of Nintendo’s games and console systems.

And the Switch’s debut this March could surely be an event to remember taking into account that the console will launch together with a new Zelda game, one of the most eagerly awaited video games coming to Nintendo’s new console in 2017.

Unlike earlier games in the franchise, The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild will be a true open-world video game, giving players huge open areas to roam in, plenty of activities like cooking and tree chopping to engage in and monsters to vanquish. And the latest trailer for the game which recently aired in Japan shows more of the game’s world and enemies, with this Zelda game looking like it will boast some of the biggest enemies yet seen in any Zelda game to date.

The fantasy world of Hyrule also looks beautiful in this trailer, while the game appears to have an epic and exciting story, meaning this could be the best adventure yet to star iconic hero Link. But of course, even a powerhouse like Nintendo can fail to deliver and this Zelda game might not end up being so great after all… Although it’s hard to think that Nintendo would fail to come up with a great debut title for their Switch console, so fingers crossed that this will turn out to be another epic role-playing game when it hits shelves next month.

Note: The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild will be released on March 3, 2017. Available on Wii U and Nintendo Switch.
