Love it or hate it, it’s clear that Telltale’s The Walking Dead is one of the most loved video game adventure series of all time. There have been three seasons already, and the US studio is now looking to conclude the series with the launch of The Walking Dead: The Final Season next week.

Those wanting to try out the new game can do so thanks to The Final Season’s demo. This became available on PS4 and Xbox One last week, while the demo is now also available on PC and can be downloaded via Steam.

The Walking Dead: The Final Season will bring a new art style to the franchise (see trailer below). Plus, there will be some unscripted combat here too, as well as the usual quick time events The Walking Dead fans are plenty familiar with by now.

This final season will put an end to the story of Clementine, a character which debuted in the video game’s first season back in 2012, and it will sure be interesting to see how the different plot threads come to a conclusion in this last season of The Walking Dead.

It would be a great thing for adventure game aficionados and those who have been following Clementine’s adventures all this years if this gets off to a good start then, something we’ll find out when episode 1 releases next week.

Note: The Walking Dead: The Final Season – Episode 1 will be released on August 14, 2018. Available on PS4, Xbox One and PC.
