6. Spider-Man

Spidey fans will be happy to know that a new video game featuring everyone’s favourite superhero is coming our way next year. And judging by the E3 gameplay video below it’s clear studio Insomniac Games has taken a cue from the Batman: Arkham games, with the action feeling immediately familiar to those who have played Rocksteady’s games.

This game will also feature a large open-world city to roam about, using Spidey’s web powers to traverse the urban environment and take down groups of enemies, while there will be unique boss enemies to dispatch and a story told through impressive-looking cinematic sequences. Also, this is a game that will be taking advantage of Sony’s new PS4 Pro console to deliver some fantastic visuals when it hits shelves next year, meaning superhero fans will be looking forward to this one no doubt.

Release date: TBA 2018. Available on PS4.
