And this video game titled Kim Kardashian: Hollywood, which debuted in summer 2014, has been a resounding success as the game has been downloaded more than 40 million times to date according to its creator Glu Mobile.

And even if Hollywood is free to play, players can still spend money in the game buying properties like personal jets in an effort to become A-list celebrities in the game’s virtual world. And clearly players have had fun dating the rich and famous and hanging out with Kim Kardashian herself in the game, as Glu Mobile’s game grossed a whopping $100 million (£72 million) during its first year and a half, meaning that this is no doubt one of the most popular celebrity mobile games made to date.
