12. Baldur’s Gate 3 (Mizora scene)

Baldur’s Gate 3 is an epic role-playing game by Larian Studios. Like other medieval fantasy RPGs by Larian, it has a great cast of characters, and you can romance and even get intimate with some of these, including Mizora. She’s a demoness from the Nine Hells, who has a special pact with one of you party members (a cocky warlock named Wyll). She’s manipulative but also sexy, and can setup shop at your camp.

She also takes an interest in the player character at some point in the game… If you so desire, you can get intimate with demoness Mizora, leading to what surely is one of the most original (and bizarre) sex scenes seen to date in a video game.
