You can get the Witcher games at a huge discount this May 2018

One of the top video game releases of 2015 was The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt, a medieval fantasy role-playing game which was loved by players worldwide due to its gritty fantasy world and mature themes.

The Witcher 3 has also been criticized due to its perceived sexism and even racism though, and obviously the game’s protagonist Geralt, a tough-talking, medieval macho character (with a gruff voice to boot) might not be to everyone’s liking…

But still, it’s clear this is one of the best role-playing games released in the last couple of years, and those yet to play this classic game are in luck, as the Humble Store is now not only discounting The Witcher 3 and its expansions, plus the earlier games in the series are also getting a hefty price cut too.

This means you can grab The Witcher: Enhanced Edition, an improved edition of the original 2007 game, for only $1.49 US dollars right now. Also, its highly-rated sequel The Witcher 2: Assassins of Kings is getting a big discount as well, and can be had for $2.99.

Of course, The Witcher 3 is the main attraction here, and its Game of the Year edition, which includes the two expansions Polish dev CD Projekt released for the game, is currently on sale at $19.99.

If you already own the main game but are yet to try the expansions (which are actually pretty great), you’ll be glad to know these are on sale too, with the game’s 2015 add-on Hearts of Stone going for $4.99, and the later expansion Blood and Wine (which takes place in a completely new region separate from the main game) is available for $9.99.

This will be good news for anyone yet to play CD Projekt’s RPG classic then, as you’ll be able to grab one of the most iconic video game series released to date for less thanks to this Humble Store sale, which runs until May 18.
