2. Bloodborne

Bloodborne is no doubt one of the top exclusives to have been released for the PS4 to date, even if the game’s ultra-hard difficulty level might not be to everyone’s taste. But there is always a sense of reward when you manage to reach an elusive checkpoint after hours of frustration, and dealing with the game’s tough as nails boss creatures like the towering Cleric Beast requires some thought and strategy as well as a quick trigger finger.
Actually, unlike Japanese designer’s Hidetaka Miyazaki earlier games like Demon’s Souls and Dark Souls, Bloodborne puts more emphasis on fast-paced combat, and it’s settings like the Lovecraftian city of Yharnam are still as scary and atmospheric as anything seen in Miyazaki’s previous games, clearly making Bloodborne one of the top PS4 gems to date.
