5. The graphics
You see, Cyberpunk 2077 boasts three different lifepaths, letting you begin the game as either a corporate guy, a nomad or a “street kid”, who start the game at different locations. From the shiny interiors of the Arasaka corporate building, to the rugged badlands outside Night City or the neon-lit underworld streets, Cyberpunk 2077 will likely offer some impressively rendered environments for you to enjoy. Some incredible graphical effects are also likely to come into play when protagonist V engages in “braindancing”, an activity in Cyberpunk 2077 which lets you live someone else’s life, virtual reality-style.
Of course, CD Projekt Red will also be taking advantage of next-gen hardware, and the video below shows how ray tracing will improve the game’s looks with the latest batch of PC graphics cards. The game’s enhanced edition for PS5 and Xbox Series X should be similarly impressive, but on current-gen Cyberpunk 2077 should still have enough eye candy to please anyone, so hopefully this will turn out to be a superlative role-playing game when it launches on November 19 this year.
