Hitman’s latest Elusive Targets now live in Hokkaido

Last year’s Hitman game by Danish developer IO Interactive ended up being one of the best video game releases of 2016, thanks to its great stealth and action gameplay, and superb mission locations. And another aspect of the game that has surely kept many playing this Hitman instalment since its release in March 2016 have been the game’s Elusive Targets.

These are assassination targets that only appear in the game for a limited period of time, meaning players won’t get a second chance to attempt the mission if they die while trying to eliminate the Elusive Target.

The game’s latest Elusive Target contract sure looks like it could be the most difficult to date, as according to the briefing video below players will have to take out a pair of unethical surgeons in the mountaintop Japanese hospital featured in Hitman’s episode 6.

This mission will be trickier than earlier ones, as players must eliminate the targets using viral infection, meaning Agent 47’s other methods to put down his targets like his trusty silenced pistol are out of the question here.

But still, this looks like it could be one of the most fun Hitman missions we have experienced to date, and as was the case with the earlier Elusive Targets, these evil surgeons will be available in the game for a full 7 days. And since this is the first Elusive Target contract set in Hokkaido, this is your first chance to unlock the white yukata, one of the rewards Hitman players can receive for completing these missions, as seen in the image below.

Note: Elusive Targets 21 will be available in the game until Friday, March 3.
