5 video games at E3 2018 coming in 2019

4. Metro Exodus

Metro fans were off their heads when developer 4A Games and publisher Deep Silver revealed that another game in the series titled Metro Exodus would be heading our way in 2019. This will be another post-apocalyptic first-person action game like its predecessor was, but it appears 4A Games have taken things further and Metro Exodus will feature the biggest levels seen in the franchise to date.

Also, weapon modding and upgrades appear to be thoroughly comprehensive in this new game judging by the E3 gameplay video below. Also, the new crafting system will let you replenish those critical supplies (such as air filters for protagonist Artyom’s gas mask) on the go, improving your chances of survival in Metro Exodus’ cutthroat post-apocalyptic world. Add to this the plethora of enemy types to do battle with, such as elite soldiers, mutants and winged demon-like creatures, and this surely looks like it could be one of 2019’s most exciting games no doubt.

Release date: February 22, 2019. Available on PS4, Xbox One and PC.
