5. Hitman Episode 5: Colorado

At least the evil militia has a sense of style in Hitman’s Colorado episode…

In episode 5, Agent 47 is dispatched to a farm in Colorado to deal with a militia group linked to a sinister organization which had been giving Agent 47’s employers (the ICA) a hard time. Of course, Hitman’s story has been a bit convoluted up to this point, but at least this episode had a big reveal which made it worth playing until the end. And unlike the earlier episodes, this had you putting down four targets instead of the usual two.

But the Colorado farm setting wasn’t the most visually striking Hitman locale to date, actually it was a pretty barren, mostly flat map and not as interesting as earlier settings like Paris or Thailand. Also this was a more difficult episode due to the lack of room to manoeuvre in, as the farm was packed with heavily armed enemies, making it an enticing although not quite brilliant entry in Hitman’s first season.
