Top 10 video games to be released in the second half of 2016

7. Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare

Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare is the most sci-fi game in the series to date.

Despite the popularity of the Call of Duty series, it seems some fans were less than thrilled by the fact that this Call of Duty game will be largely set in space, even including Star Wars-style spaceship combat… But even if Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare’s announcement trailer is one of YouTube’s most disliked ever, the truth is that Infinite Warfare looks set to make the most of its sci-fi setting, featuring some pretty impressive and intense shooting action in space.

Also, the special editions of this upcoming Call of Duty game will include a remastered edition of the great Call of Duty: Modern Warfare, no doubt one of the top games in the franchise to date. And even if some were disappointed by the fact that the remaster won’t be available for purchase standalone, only together with Infinite Warfare, this year’s Call of Duty offering is still something to look forward to this fall.

Release date: November 4, 2016. Available on PS4, Xbox One and PC.
