Konami is returning with another Silent Hill this year, after their earlier Silent Hill f game caused a sensation in 2025. Unlike that game which was set in 1960s Japan, this one takes place in a Scottish town in the 90’s. The town of St. Amelia is haunted by terrifying, faceless monsters, and protagonist Simon Ordell has to figure out how to survive and solve the mysteries of this foggy island town… He will have both melee weapons and a gun at his disposal, but it looks like stealth will be a better option here, and throwing objects to distract enemies and walk the other way could be the better option here as seen in the trailer below.
Silent Hill: Townfall also features a replacement for the series’ iconic radio. Simon’s pocket television (CRTV) can be used to detect threats and also to view information relative to the story on its screen (and help with puzzle solving too) in what could be another very good Silent Hill game when it arrives later this year.
