4. Gran Turismo Sport

There is no doubt that the Gran Turismo games are some of the most renowned racing simulators out there. And these games offer plenty of courses and hundreds of tracks, letting racing fans live out their fantasies, such as driving an Aston Martin on England’s Silverstone course… And Gran Turismo’s gameplay has always captured the essence of driving, and the determination and patience needed to win races, unlike the flashy arcade racing action of some of its rivals.

And now game designer and professional driver Kazunori Yamauchi is back with Gran Turismo Sport, a game that promises to improve on Gran Turismo’s successful formula, improving the game’s physics, graphics and sound, according to the PlayStation blog. Gran Turismo Sport will also focus on the online experience, and will feature two concurrent online championships for players to participate in. The winners will even be honoured alongside real-world professional drivers in a FIA (International Automobile Federation) event, which is certainly a first for the Gran Turismo series…
