Batman: Arkham Knight on PC had a disastrous launch, so much so that publisher Warner Bros. had to suspend sales of the game until game creators Rocksteady could get the game in working order. It certainly was one of the worst launches in video game history, but one that went largely unnoticed.

Maybe this was due to the fact that PC gamers could resort to Steam’s new refund policy and claim their money back, or perhaps gamers have sadly grown used to disastrous video game launches, as other high-profile games like Assassin’s Creed: Unity were also released with all sorts of problems (and some funny glitches). But at least the console versions of Rocksteady’s game were rock-solid, and their final Batman game is most certainly not bad at all.

But this was no consolation for PC gamers, who were also annoyed by the fact that Warner Bros. was reportedly aware of the many problems plaguing the PC version of Batman: Arkham Knight, but decided to release the game anyway. But hopefully they will deliver the definitive version of the game to PC players when it goes back on sale in the near future.
