15. Assassin’s Creed Origins

You’ve got to love the Assassin’s Creed games for their cool, time-travelling fun. And 2017’s Assassin’s Creed Origins had the series’ most exotic setting in sunny, ancient Egypt. Here, protagonist Bayek is looking for revenge against a creepy cult known as The Order of the Ancients. You get to meet sexy Egyptian queen Cleopatra in the game too, which adds an extra layer of appeal to Ubisoft’s game if you ask me.

In between the bloody killings you would expect to see in a game about Assassins, this also has some quiet moments. There’s even a sex scene between Bayek and his wife Aya, who at some point get intimate on a platform overlooking the city. This is one of the better sex scenes we’ve gotten to see in a video game, and a welcome respite from the game’s edgy violence too…

14. The Witcher 3

Game creators CD Projekt sure scored with 2015’s The Witcher 3. This was a jolly good game by anyone’s standards, with a mature storyline and a colorful cast of characters. They still couldn’t get the combat right in this one, though. And protagonist Geralt is either a charming rogue or the worst video game character ever, depending on who you ask.

The game does have pretty good sex scenes, and one involving Geralt’s former lover Keira Metz sure stands out. Keira is a sultry blonde and a witch (a bit like the Morrigan character from Dragon Age). In the game she would arrange a romantic meal in the middle of a swamp if you did her enough favors… This led to a sex scene that’s actually quite classy, and one of the best seen in a video game to date.
