So it’s a good thing that Capcom released this prequel game which sheds new light on the happenings of the first game, and which is set before the events taking place in the creepy mansion of the original.

Resident Evil Zero takes place on a haunted train, on which you had to face the usual zombie enemies plus other fearsome foes like giant scorpions, while figuring out puzzles in other to progress in the game. This was also the first Resident Evil in which you could switch between two characters: soldier Rebecca Chambers and convict Billy Coen, in a game that surely offered more of the same good survival horror gameplay gamers have come to expect from the series.
