6. Daniel Craig
Few actors are as world-famous as Daniel Craig. After all, he got the coveted role of agent 007 in 2005 after the movie studios deemed his predecessor Pierce Brosnan too old and inadequate to keep playing James Bond. As a matter of fact, Bond film Skyfall is the highest grossing in the series, making Craig the most successful Bond of all time. But before playing the British spy, the English actor had starred in other movies, among them, the big-budget Tomb Raider movie directed by Simon West.
And no doubt the Tomb Raider movie was commercially successful, featuring sexy Angelina Jolie in the title role, even if it was also something of a dud. The script was senseless, involving secret society the Illuminati (who for some reason always seem have a plan to take over the world) and Lara shooting loads of nondescript monsters. Most of the acting in the movie left a lot to be desired, even Craig’s, who was wasted as Lara’s love interest.
