10. Rebel Assault II: The Hidden Empire (1995)
The game itself was actually a “rail shooter”. That is, your spaceship would follow a predetermined course through space and the only thing you could do was aim and shoot at enemy spaceships, such as the fearsome TIE fighters. It was like an interactive movie, but with little interaction. And even if the protagonist was a nondescript pilot who went by the name “Rookie One”, the novelty of playing an original Star Wars interactive movie never wore off.
