The top 20 Star Wars games made to date

7. Star Wars Outlaws

This game has the distinction of being the first Star Wars open-world game, made by French company Ubisoft. You play a rogue named Kay Vess here, a great thing for those who always dreamed of playing a Han Solo-style character.

As you can imagine the focus is on stealth gameplay, although there’s quite a bit of shooting here as well… But protagonist Kay does have her pet and sidekick Nix, who can distract or attack enemies to make things easier. You get to do missions for factions like the Hutts, gaining favor with them or perhaps ending up on their wrong side… The game was not a hit at release, but has since been updated and patched, turning it into one of the best Star Wars games to date no doubt.
