13. Devil May Cry 5

The Devil May Cry games have offered spectacular action to date, even if DmC: Devil May Cry disappointed some back in 2013. But it looks like Capcom is aiming to please this time around, looking to deliver the same great hack and slash action, humorous dialogue and colourful characters as can be seen in the trailer below.

Also, series veterans will be happy to know that you can control old stalwart Nero here, although main character Dante (and a new character named “V”) will be at your fingertips most of the time here. This is definitely one to look forward to, then, if killing demons and performing spectacular combos in the series’ hellish settings is your cup of tea.

Release date: March 8, 2019. Available on PS4, Xbox One and PC.
