3. Civilization VI: Gathering Storm

People love the Civilization games due to its deep, turn-based strategy gameplay. And the latest entry in the series, Civilization VI, did not disappoint, adding new features to the series while being as fun to play as the earlier instalments. And now Firaxis is getting ready to release a new expansion pack for the game titled Gathering Storm, which adds even more features and strategic depth to the game.

Natural disasters can hamper your civilization as volcanoes and floods feature this time around, but you can also take advantage of floods for instance by building a dam in the game. Also, there’s the World Congress – an old favourite of earlier games which can enrich the diplomatic aspects of the game. Developer Firaxis has also included future technologies here, meaning this could end up being a great expansion for Civilization VI when it releases in early 2019.
