18. Days Gone

It seems that players have been waiting forever for this zombie apocalypse game now, but Days Gone is still one of the most eagerly awaited games of the year. Set in a post-apocalyptic Midwest, you play as Deacon St. John, a biker struggling to survive in a zombie infested US.

Judging by the trailer below, developer Bend Studio is not shying away from showing loads of Freakers (the game’s version of zombies) onscreen – something that will surely make playing Days Gone an even more exhilarating experience. Aside from the action, the game’s adventure elements and character interaction could make or break this game, so here’s hoping Bend Studio can get this right, and deliver a PS4 exclusive that lives up to the hype this year.
